Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis in Missouri. She performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with the Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and Communications. She started her career with the city of Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing around 20 plays and musicals. They included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. In addition she played 7 title roles at LA's Storybook Theatre. Kelly began landing films and TV roles when she studied improvisation and became an Theatre West company member. Her unique voice, and small size enabled Kelly to come up with many different characters. The public was aware of her people for her role of the evil Samara along with Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. But, she is better known as the cheerful and bright receptionist who worked at Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a TV Land series regular from 2011 to 2015, starring as an attorney in the daytime and the nightclub host. In addition, she was Alyssa's smart sexpert sister in ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the show on CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stress-stricken suburban mom. She is known for the soprano singing voice she has in numerous animations. These include Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she was known as the dim, but lovable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. She leads a tranquil private life, with her husband and two young children and enjoys sewing writing as well as volunteering for school activities.
